The Self-Publishing Series is a beginner-friendly, hands-on training experience designed to help aspiring authors move from idea to published book with greater clarity and confidence.

Each 90-minute class focuses on a different stage of the self-publishing process. You can choose the session that fits where you are right now, or attend all three for the full experience.

October 15 | From Idea to Outline: Start Your Book
Learn how to clarify your book idea, identify your ideal reader, define the purpose of your book, create a working title, and develop a simple chapter-by-chapter outline. You will leave with a clearer direction and a plan for moving your manuscript forward.

October 29 | Design & Format Your Book in Canva
Learn how to set up and format your book in Canva with a clean, professional layout. We will cover book size, margins, fonts, chapter formatting, page structure, and basic cover design so your book is prepared for the publishing process.

November 12 | Publish Your Book with Amazon KDP
Learn how to prepare your files and navigate the Amazon KDP publishing process. We will cover setting up your book listing, ISBN options, book descriptions, keywords, categories, pricing, uploading your manuscript and cover, using the KDP previewer, and understanding what happens after you publish.

Each class is designed to give you practical steps you can apply immediately, whether you are still developing your idea or preparing to upload your finished book.
