Digital Products: MRR & PLR

• Delivery: All digital products, including those with Master Resell Rights (MRR) and Private Label Rights (PLR), are delivered instantly via email.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital and proprietary nature of these products, all sales are final.
• Support: If you experience issues with receiving your product, please check your spam folder. For assistance, contact us at info@TinaMcDowell.com. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
• Disclaimer: Purchasing digital products with MRR or PLR does not guarantee specific earnings. Your results depend on your actions, dedication, and effort.

Web Design Services

• Non-Refundable Payments: Web design projects require significant time and resources. Once a deposit or payment is made, it is non-refundable.
• Cancellations or Delays: If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, all payments made are retained by Tina McDowell Enterprises, LLC. Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the amount paid.

Creative Services

No refunds are offered once work has commenced on services such as:

• Branding or content creation (logos and digital design) ie Business Cards, Brochures, Flyers, etc
• Classes/ Courses/ Workshops/ Events ((1:1, Virtual, In-Person)
• Self-Publishing Classes (1:1, Virtual, In-Person)

Classes/Training Makeup Policy & Non-Refundable Disclaimer

If you miss a scheduled class or training session, you have 90 days from the original session date to make it up. The amount paid is transferable to other services offered by Tina McDowell Enterprises but cannot be applied to products.
